2022 Fall and Winter Workout Sessions-Closed

The Calgary City Royals are pleased to provide off-season training and development work-outs during the late fall and winter months at the Absolute Baseball Academy. Session times are Sundays from 9:00am to 11:00am starting October 30th 2022 through to December 18th 2022.

Sessions will focus on off-season throwing and arm strength progression, hitting drills, pitching and catching fundamentals with a step approach to player skill growth.

Session packages are priced on a cost recovery basis:

Option #1 is attending all 8 two hr sessions for $150 or

Option #2 is attending 5/8 sessions for $100.

These sessions will group players based on the registration age category of 13U, 15U and 18U.
